From an order value of € 125 we ship for free. Below that we charge € 6,95 in shipping costs.

We pack your box in insulation material and add dry ice (-80 °C). That effectively turns the box into a mobile freezer, keeping your meals frozen for up to 48 hours after shipping.

If you order between Sunday and Thursday before 23:59, your parcel is at your door the next business day. Trunkrs delivers on weekdays between 17:00 and 22:00. Via track & trace you can follow the shipment live and pass on delivery instructions.

At checkout you choose a delivery date yourself. There is a small chance (around 3%) that a shipment is delayed. In that case your order stays safely frozen and is automatically delivered the next day.

No worries — if you're not home, Trunkrs stores your parcel in their freezer and automatically tries again the next business day.

Sometimes a parcel is left with neighbours or there's an incorrect scan. Could you wait it out for the day and check with the neighbours? If you still haven't received anything tomorrow, get in touch via info@fuelyourbody.nl and we'll arrange a proper solution right away.

Yes, pickup is possible. At checkout, choose the "Afhalen bij Fuelyourbody in Echt" option. As soon as your order is ready, you get an email from us.

Our meals are prepared fresh and frozen straight after. In the freezer they keep for at least 3 months. Once thawed, you can keep them in the fridge for another 2 to 3 days.

Peel back a corner of the film and pour off any liquid from the tray. Add herbs or sauce to taste. You can also heat it in the oven — in that case keep the temperature at no more than 120 °C.
